Job Title: Human Resource & Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) Manager
The post holder is expected to work with the Director of Human Resource and Organisational Effectiveness (HROE) in providing a comprehensive, professional and employee focused HROE service to ActionAid Nigeria and to support the implementation of the HROE strategy. The Manager will have a clear understanding of the organisational strategy and objectives and how the HR/OE strategy can support the achievement of this. S/he will also be able to align organisational strategies and policies to the Nigerian Labour environment. The post holder will be a member of the Country Management Team.
