Job Title: Country Sales Manager
An established multi-billion dollar global leader in the successful innovation, production and distribution of health and beauty products in over a 100 countries is looking for a Country Sales Manager (CSM) to head up their business development activities in Abuja, Nigeria.
Expectations
The successful candidate would be tasked with growing sales via the motivation and development of independent distributors across the region. Nigeria represents one of the largest markets for the Company and we seek an executive who can maintain and build upon prior successes in a sustained and profitable manner.
Desired Skills and Experience
The CSM needs to be an outgoing, entrepreneurial individual with great leadership qualities. The success of the business is dependent on strong relationships and the CSM needs to be a phenomenal “people” person who is able to sort through the issues and motivate at the same time.
In addition, the successful candidate must have the following qualities/competencies:
A passion for sales and meeting targets – a consumate rainmaker
Proven, respected manager
A self-starter with sound decision-making abilities
Excellent public speaker – frequent speaking engagements are a very important aspect of this role
Fastidious attention to detail
Commercial acumen
Experience training and motivating both small and large groups
A diplomatic non-confrontational work-style who takes a constructive approach to issues that may arise
A strong personal drive and positive, can-do will-do attitude
An excellent ambassador for the company who will handle him/herself in a professional manner
