Role Summary/Purpose
CLSP (Contractual Services Leadership Program) is to develop talents from internal and external to GE into CPMs (Contract Performance Manager) with a deeper knowledge on the CSA contract execution from all aspects and become familiar with all the back end operational supports necessary to deliver the optimum customer experience.
CSLP program is a 2 year program and includes (1) CPM certification, (2) as an assistant CPM @ site, (3) leadership training and (3) functional rotations.
Essential Responsibilities
CPM Certification
• The candidate is expected to go through the completion of all online and classroom training, familiarity with CPM tools, and on-site training rotations for understanding site dynamics and contract execution
• Completion of OJT Tracking eLearning checklist followed by Certification
• Selection of on-site rotation to be based on on-going/planned site activities
Assistant CPM – Assigned to a site along with an experienced CPM till completion of the program during which he/she will be assigned with some specific CPM responsibilities to be executed under the guidance of the experienced CPM at site.
Leadership training – Project Management training
Rotation Assignments – 7 to 12 weeks of OJT with margin review, commercial, risk, productivity, Quality, EHS and O&M subject matter experts
Upon successful graduation, the employee will be promoted as a CPM and can be assigned in MEA or specific countries as agreed.
Qualifications/Requirements
. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or degree with 5+ years of experience in Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and Generator installation /maintenance or O&M
. 2 to 5 years of Project Management or Contracts Management or Operations Management
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Computer literate with Word, Excel and Power Point
. Must be able to travel A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required.
. Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Nigeria

Desired Characteristics
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Proven analytical and quality improvement ability
· Demonstrated proficiency in repair troubleshooting, shop operations, and testing of assigned programs/hardware
· Ability to make formal presentations to all audiences
· Able to work with all levels of maintenance, engineering, and management
· Project management or supervisory experience is preferred
· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence GE customer and peers
