Job description
Key Responsibilities/Duties: Support the CEO and Head of Commercial with the implementation of marketing plans to deliver business objectives in line with vision. Articulate, present and implement marketing plans for the Region. Develop a compelling ATL campaign that sets the platform for category leadership. Build strong relationships with local agencies for ATL, BTL, concept development and digitals. Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of plans. Design tracking process for Regional Managers & Executives to track activities, monitor in market execution, get monthly reports from regions on key KPIs (set by the role holder), POSM placement and usage as well as visibility tracking. Develop Trade Marketing initiatives throughout Nigeria. Develop and localise BTL initiatives including POS. Develop and implement pan regional promotional activity. Develop and implement sampling activities and other yearly BTL activities. Manage relationship with third parties, analyse data, and ensure analysis is used to optimise business development. Support development of annual budget in terms of spend, activities, etc. Build strong relationship with the distributors and provide them with the right support to enhance execution in the market. Set strategy by market by channel by category: traditional and modern trade. Regular visits to the market for better understanding and insight from the ground for better execution of marketing plan. Continuously seek cross-promotions opportunities aligned to Brand fit. Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s growth objectives. Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients. Lead the core digital communication development from appointing an agency to concepts management and developing online digital strategy. Champion Nigerian consumer insights. Develop a launch plan by region within Nigeria. Develop sell-in documents and sales presenters.

Job description
Key Responsibilities/Duties: Plan, execute and monitor the growth of company’s product in the eastern part of Nigeria. Drive availability and visibility in coordination with the local distributors. Follow up stock availability (in market and at distributor level) to prevent out of stock. Identify opportunities and untapped potential channels of distribution. Recommend visibility enhancement, promotions and trade activity plans that best suit the assigned territory. Ensure physical presence of products in each type of outlet. Ensure proper execution of stock and must stock list guidelines. Follow through the execution of monthly promotions. Measure ROI of Trade Promotion by channel. Conduct and analyse Retail Audits, identifying opportunities and taking action with the distributor. Report weekly market visit findings internally and following up corrective actions. Submit best practice initiatives to marketing department. Plan and conduct weekly meetings with the distributor sales force.

Job description
Key Responsibilities/Duties: Develop and lead the sales and distribution system in the country. Plan the distribution objective for the zone and develop and maximize the distributor network Pan Nigeria. Lead a salesforce that will comprise around 200 Foot Soldiers who will be on third party payroll. Decide on profitable product mix and to ensure the company’s product portfolio is successfully launched to the extent of the distribution objectives set. Ensure that the sales volume and value generated on an on-going basis is as per the potential identified of that region and within the budgeted cost. Achieve excellence in distributor management, and execution of Market Activation and BTL activity as per designed by the trade marketing team. Implement appropriate commercial strategies to maximise revenue growth through the distributors. Responsible for Channel Management in terms of establishing Performance Evaluation system & parameters, Distributors & his salesmen on those. Undertake Sales forecasting to achieve sales target and profitability. Control damage and maintain stock hygiene at distributors level. Job description
