Role purpose
To achieve targeted sales of Apple Hardware, Services and related accessories through the Corporate, business-to-business and education markets, whilst always delivering the best customer experience with regard to our products. Key focus is ongoing business development through relationship building to achieve overall targets.
Key performance areas
Business Development
quarterly account plans with clear objectives, actions and timelines
Develop Relationships with key contacts (Corporates, Education/B2B customers
Develop new and leverage existing relationships to sell Apple Product
Provide business solutions
Identify opportunities for growth and maximizing sales potential
Sales
Achievement of sell-in targets and pipeline development (Apple product and accessories)
Customer Service
Product Knowledge – required to maintain Apple Product Professional Status and have required knowledge to provide business solutions
Finance and Admin
Ensure timeous payment of customer accounts
Adhere to all iStore/CGA policies and procedures
Stock Management – correct stock holding to ensure accurate and timeous delivery of stock to customers

PREFERRED BACKGROUND: Proven track record of solution selling at an executive/decision making level 5+ years of operations management / consulting / investment banking experience (or related).
Experience creating, executing, and tracking a sales plan.
Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
Have weathered early startup environment.
BA degree in business, finance or sales/marketing (MBA a-plus).
