Job Title: Administrative Assistant Procurement
Job Location: Akwa Ibom
Job Functions

    Will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Managment activities.
    Manage prioritization an d timely replies to e-mails, responding on behalf of Director of Finance, Procurement Officer and Supply Chain Management Advisor as appropriate.
    Track all correspondence to ensure requested responses are returned in a timely manner.
    Ensure technical and administrative support is provided to staff and vendors as needed.

Minimum Requirement Standard

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or any related field.
    Minimum of 1 year experience supporting Finance and Administrative Managers in administrative support capacity in a Non-Governmental Organisation.

Job Title: Computer Programmer
Job Location: Enugu
Job Functions

    Timely and accurate reporting in LOCATE project depend largely on the Health Management Information Systems developed in-house for data storage and retrieval synergizing with relevant reporting platforms in the country.
    The incumbent will bring on board models that allow patient/facility level data entry, storage, analysis and interpretation.
    The design must also allow collaboration with other reportage platform developed by United States Centers for Disease Control and prevention Nigeria Office. United States (Government. and Government of Nigeria.

Minimum Requirement Standard

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
    High-level proficiency in MS Word. PowerPoint, Excel (developer level), access along with working application of analytical software (SAS or SPSs), and other programming languages like JAVA, MS-SQL, MYSQL, ORACLE or any other package.
    Solid understanding of database architecture and development.
    Knowledge of International Messaging Standards (especially HL7).
    Excellent facilitation, monitoring and communication skills to enable him conduct training and supervisions to LOCATE facilities staff.
    Knowledge of Health informatics and experience in HIV/AIDS Patient Management and monitoring software will be added advantages.
    Ability to commit 40% of work time to site  support and supervision visits.

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
Location: Enugu State
Job Description

    The Applicant is expected to guide the drive to achieve set a target through establishment of effective program monitoring and Evaluation system in the Facilities across the three states.
    Will develop a proficient M&E system that is able to produce reliable data for effective decision making and reporting, provide technical Support to the state M&E Officers in carrying out their essential duties and responsibilities.
    Build the capacity of Health care workers through routine on site mentoring and supportive supervisory visits on proper documentation and reporting system using appropriate national/CDC/USG tools for effective patient monitoring and management.

Minimum Requirement Standard

    B.Sc in Statistic or any related field with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of public health programs. An MPH and a previous experience in a PEPFAR/ USAID ART, PMTCT and RH program will be an advantage, Quantitative and analytical skills with the, competence to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Officer
Locations: Akwa Ibom, Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi state and Abuja
Job Description

    The position provides reliable and secure driving services to the project team.
    The Incumbent will ensure proper use of vehicle and ensure day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
    The incumbent projects a professional company image through interaction, appearance attitude.

Requirements

    Minimum relevant qualification from secondary academic institution.
    Valid Driver’s license.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol is an added advantage.
    A previous experience in conducting liaison work with government and international agencies and NGOs.
    A minimum of 3 years work experience as a driver; safe driving record and knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.

 Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist
Locations: Enugu and Imo
Job Functions

    This position provides technical support for multidisciplinary HIV/AIDS care and treatment.
    Working with the organization Clinicians and Health Facility – based site teams to implement care and antiretroviral treatment services.
    The objective of this position is to Strengthen the Leadership and the capacity of supported facilities in the coordination of all stakeholders to ensure access to quality medical care and treatment for HIV patients.
    To support the integration of HIV services within the health sector and to strengthen the clinical components of Tuberculosis, Malaria and other diseases.

Minimum Requirement Standard

    MBBS with 5 – 7 years of professional experience working in Clinical Care with good understanding of HIV/AIDS with understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and ART in resources constrained setting.
    An MPH or Post Graduate Degree in related field and familiarity; with Nigerian Public Health System is required.
