Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Generate invoice for all walk in customers
Analyzing sales figures/date, interpreting trends to facilitate planning and forecasting of future sales volumes.
Log all after sales service issues.
Follow up on or after sales service issues
Give after sales feedback to customers.
Key Performance indicators (KPI’s):
Importance of the management of the front office.
Meet least Fifty Percent (50%) of the issued Quotations.
Engage in Tele-marketing; follow up and close on all sales opportunities as at when necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements
B.Sc/ HND in Electrical Engineering or Social Sciences
Experience: 2 years
Age; Not more than 27years
Key competency Requirements:
Knowledge of Electrical Panel component
Basic Numerical Skills
Third-party supplier and Vendor management
Be exceptional at relationship management and business development with extensive
Customer interaction.
Have effective written, Communication and presentation skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel and Power Point.

Qualification: BSc/ HND in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-7 years
