Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose/Scope
This job exists to manage a Partner or a number of Partner Accounts in a given territory

Key Responsibilities

    Achieve Partner Account Sales Targets ( Volume and Value )
    Drive Secondary Sales
    Coach and train Partner’s sales teams
    Preparing relevant and accurate reports
    Implementation of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in the territory
    Merchandising
    Forecasting / Stock planning
    Build and maintain relationship with Retailers
    Champion anti – counterfeit surveillance
    Drive quality management policies in the territory.

Qualifications, Experience

    A good first degree
    Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in FMCG industry
