Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience using relative Digital Tools.
Strong Tech experience including working with a CMS.
Experience:
Experience in integrated marketing with a strong focus on digital and offline marketing.
Integrated marketing experience within in the local market.
Proven track record of marketing executing within the relevant markets.
Proven track record of sales within the relevant market.

Job Description:
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, the main purpose of your role will be to be responsible for driving the sales growth in the local market utilising online, offline and affiliate marketing channels aligned to the global Travelstart strategy and targets and as delegated by the Country Manager.
The key responsibilities in this role will be to:
Develop and execute the local sales and marketing strategy which encompasses the following responsibilities:
Exploring alternative traffic acquisition channels to those implemented by home base.
Competitions and partnerships set-up:
Effective offline and online campaign management with local partners.
Build partnership network.
Cycle sliders on website homepage.
Drive sales and marketing for the local market using various channels.
Drive B2B sales channels (neXt).
Drive customer acquisition:
Lead generation focused on increasing database size.
Build and maintain affiliate network by managing the Affiliate Manager in regards to:
Sourcing new affiliates
Weekly and monthly communications to affiliates.
Accurate recording of affiliate bookings on TCC.
Weekly/monthly reporting to home base.
On-boarding and set-up of affiliates.
Support of new and existing affiliates.
Structuring the commission paid to affiliates.
Drive Social Media marketing in line with global Travelstart strategy, including:
Oversight of daily posting by the Social Media Agent across all social media channels.
Weekly/monthly reporting to home base.
Oversee design of all offline print marketing in line with Travelstart style guide and budget.
Designing and driving Facebook campaigns.
Ensuring high quality customer service and support is provided by the Social Media Agent through replies to customers posted across all social media channels.
Manage newsletter generation:
Content generation and submission within home base submission deadline.
Corresponding landing page creation.
Manage marketing budget as allocated by home base.
Ensure all set targets are met and, frequently, exceed expectations.
