Integrat is an international Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) Aggregator that operates in the Value Added Services sector of the Mobile Telecommunications Industry.  We have recently expanded our business to the commercialisation of mobile media within various African territories.  Our mobile media division is called Intarget.

Job description

Financial

    Ensure that revenue targets set for the client are met
    Ensure that Insertion orders and invoices are raised for every  advertising campaign
    Ensure that reconciliations are performed at the end of each month with the mobile network operator
    Ensure that valid and accurate revenue share payments are made on time as per the relevant operator agreement
    Ensure that any and all financial obligations emanating from the agreement with the operator have been fulfilled.

Manage Staff

    No staff management component

Campaign and Rate Card Management

    Manage the inventory planner and tracker
    Liaise with the Mobile Network Operator and the advertising client to ensure that ads are placed on time and on the appropriate inventory item
    Manage the full process of ad placement and reporting
    Manage the rate card issuance and approval process
    Resolve any disputes amicably and speedily
    Escalate any non-resolved matters as per the SLA with the operator.

Account and Relationship Management

    Account management of customers and advise on trends and enhancements
    Manage client information database
    Be the single point of entry for the client
    Manage client expectations
    Internal relationship management

Client Service

    Provide world class customer service by following up on internal SLAs and building relationships with clients

Account Administration

    Train the client on all Integrat products and services
    Advise the client on internal operational, compliance, technical, customer care and finance processes and requirements and constantly train clients on these aspects
    Facilitate any change requests or new setups
    Manage monthly account invoicing both ad-hoc and system generated
    Administer Integrat interfaces on behalf of clients where requested

Sales

    Mine clients for new business and constantly keep clients advised of new products and services
    Provide sales function for new client meetings as requested by management

General

    Constantly develop both soft and hard skills with future context assumptions in mind
    Innovation, attitude and teamwork
    Provide constant progress feedback to  Management on activities in preparation for weekly management meetings

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution

Minimum Experience:

    An “A” in Mathematics and English at  Ordinary Levels
    5- years’ experience in the Mobile Telecommunications, Telecommunications or IT sectors
    5 years Account management experience
    Demonstrable technology knowledge especially in GSM
    Knowledge of the WASP Industry or VAS operational processes
    Must hold a VALID Drivers Licence & Own Transport
    Must reside in Nigeria

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge (beneficial)

    Established relationships within the market
    Working knowledge of the GSM environment
    Knowledge of Mobile Value Added Services
    Understanding of the Wireless Application Service Provider (WASP) and Aggregators  function

    Knowledge of industry associations, rules, regulations & codes of conducts

    Market research skills

    A full understanding and working knowledge of operational processes
