Model Structural Steelwork using the Tekla 3D Software Package to produce Fabrication drawings taken from the Model
PDMS 3D Modeling for Review- if required
Prepare and check M.T.O. (Material Take Off)
Prepare weight Control Report (WRC)
Review basic engineering drawings
Develop detail engineering drawing
Check and Control Fabrication
Dimensional Check
Fabrication Sequence
Calculation of center of gravity
Checking of shop drawing & detailed member drawing
Preparing of erection drawings
Preparing of Welding Length
Preparing Piping Isometric & Pipe Spools
Preparing As-Built Drawing
Preparing bill of material & Paint Area
Desired Skills and Experience
MUST HAVE USED TEKLA 3D SOFTWARE
Extensive experience in design reviews preparation of fabrication DWGs, MTOs
Oil & Gas industry preferred, but not a must
Min 5 years’ experience
