Job Title: Administrative Assistant
ROLE PURPOSE
To provide professional general administrative support, including management of stock, general programme equipment and maintenance of facilities.

Strong coordination, report and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Excel and Power point.
Sound knowledge of office practices, procedures and administrative systems including filing systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
Level of Education – Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role preferably within the NGO sector
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven administrative
