Head Consumer and Trade Marketing – Jos
- Online
Marketing: Website strategy and communications, email marketing, CRM
and promotions, including appropriate messaging and presentation of
offers to maximize conversion and profitability. - Trade/Channel Marketing: Assist in the preparation/execution of a comprehensive trade marketing strategy.
- Direct
Response Marketing With advertising and media agencies, manage creative
development and media optimization across multiple offline direct
response advertising channels. - Assist in the creation of new brand, positioning and messaging guidelines for the company and its product lines.
- Strategic Planning, Reporting and Analysis: Create annual consumer and trade marketing plans and budgets.
- Manage
to the objectives, strategies and tactics prioritized within plan and
ensure analytical rigor is continuously applied to optimize the plans’
implementation. - Oversee and summarize regular prospect and
owners tracking studies as well as ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative
consumer market research.
Trade Marketing Manager (North)
- Own
responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all
programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away. - Ensure
alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales
needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate
Trade Marketing and budget management. - Lead efforts to leverage
the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the company’s superiority
through our customers and their showrooms - Provide seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs.
- Put in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
- Work
closely with the CMO to improve processes that link corporate brand
building activities and Product Development activities with Sales
activities.
Senior Business Operations Manager
- Develop
business processes and underlying infrastructure by translating
business requirements into functional specifications that span many
different functions. - Develop project dashboards, implement stage gate processes and drive the execution to committed timelines.
- Work
closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Finance, Marketing,
Operations and Legal to ensure that the requirements are implemented
with a sense of urgency. - Drive a large cross-functional team towards the business unit’s goals.
Senior Business System Analyst
- Develop, document and maintain detailed specifications.
- Mentor and support other Business Analysts and project teams in the chosen project process.
- Develop practical and workable solutions to stakeholders’ technical and business problems.
- Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Create, document test plans and coordinate testing

Senior Commercial Manager
- Drive competitiveness with appropriate aggressive challenges to cost data provided
- Ensure
all quote responses have robust Terms & Conditions that adequately
protect and provide for revenue generation during program development. - Daily management of a Acquisition Commercial Issues List and closure of commercial issues within the committed timeframes.
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities that support Product Group growth and profitability commitments.
Senior Data Analyst
- Lead discussions with clinical, operational, and technical colleagues to develop business requirements for reports.
- Design, develop and produce aggregated and dashboard reports for clients, using MS SQL and MS Access.
- Create aesthetically appealing and logical external design layouts for reports and dashboards;
- Create and maintain standard documentation for analytics portfolio.
- Develop and implement processes for discerning and evaluating the data.
Senior Executive Assistant
- Prepare
expense reports, memoranda, reports, spreadsheets and presentations,
which may require the gathering of data from internal and/or external
sources. - Prepare travel itineraries, both domestic and international.
- Deal with external vendors and organizations, especially in regard to functions at his Residence.
- Review,
log and prioritize communications including phone, mail, email and
other messages, and replies directly to general non-technical inquiries
