Product Design Engineering Program Specialist
- Create/Structure BOM’s (Bill of Materials,) part numbers and archive related technical documentation.
- Create Purchase Requisitions, maintain invoice tracking and Goods Receipts.
- Work on multiple spreadsheets simultaneously.
- Manage logistics of parts for builds.
- Manage supply chain for long lead items.
- Maintain schedules for the delivery of vendor components.
- Develop
executive content for key customer, partner, press, analyst events
including but not limited to speeches, PowerPoint presentations. - Stay current with external news and positioning of competitive environment.
- Assist with coordination and supporting analyst briefings, analyst tours, messaging.
- Leverage analyst resources to support key marketing and sales support activities.
Project Manager – Retail Merchandising
- Provide
leadership and feedback in the areas of retail merchandising strategy
as it relates to merchandising projects at store level. - Coordinate with Marketing to resolve any signage and decor issues.
- Deliver merchandising projects on budget and planned schedule.
- Reduce project costs and improve processes.
- Coordinate and communicate with the Director of Store Design to ensure all fixtures are installed according to specifications.
Recruiter/Sales Management Trainee
- Match candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Negotiate
wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain a
commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. - Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
- Manage contract employees while on assignment.
- Create
and maintain monthly product forecast as well as develop, manage and
repot on a sales report pipeline within the territory. - Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts.
- Follow
sound sales processes and steps including creating and implementing a
strategic plan and driving and overachieving aggressive revenue targets. - Use and help in the development of new sales tools & presentation.
