Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Imo
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and submit financial reports, budgets, comments and analysis to Management and owning company
Maintain clear communication and reporting channel with owner representative.
Following procedures and policies evaluate and ensure compliance of internal control.
Safeguard the interest of the Company by ensuring proper accounting and reporting practices in accordance with the local regulations.
Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules required by ACCOR and management.
Manage external and internal audits.
General and administrative work.
Review and control over signing of contracts/agreements/insurance matters.
Supervise all IT related procedures, implementation, process deployment
Manage performance of the Finance Department.
Supervise monthly statement and annual budget
Oversee balance sheet account sheet schedules for complement and accuracy
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft application, Excel, Opera
Knowledge of hotel management system
Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Location: Imo

Minimum experience of 5 years

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Imo
Job Description
Maintain close business relationships with existing clients through key sales activities.
Conduct competitor surveys and recommend strategies based on market intelligence.
Establishes new corporate accounts year round
Analyze other factors that affect production i.e. internal, external factors and recommends actions required. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize hotel profit in all revenue producing areas.
Participates in weekly sales meetings
Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
Strategic planning and product positioning.
Requirements
3 years’ experience.
Personnal Attributes
Fluency in English language; ability to speak and present clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
