Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
To plan Staff’s meals on a weekly basis.
To cook quality and balanced diet meals for staffs (Monday – Friday), and consistently meet the expectations of majority of the staff
To buy quality food items at the right quantity, keep record of usage, manage stock and ensure proper storage.
To clean the kitchen and keep it tidy, and ensure the kitchen is well organized.
Requirements
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering or in the food service industry.
Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial, institutional, or related volume food preparation.
Ability to maintain a safe, clean work area.
Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.
Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health hazards, and the necessary precautionary measures.
