The Biotech Vision Care is engaged in manufacturing/supply of intraocular lenses (IOLs), ophthalmic
solutions and diagnostic/operating range of equipment for the ophthalmic industry. With its global presence and goodwill, the company develops and manufactures high quality, innovative ophthalmic surgical and eye care products that address a wide range of eye disorders.

Based in Ahmedabad, India, we operate from a custom-built facility with advanced machines, under a controlled clean room environment. Research and development activities for ophthalmic business are aimed at enhancing Cataract, V.R. and refractive procedures through technologically advanced products.
Biotech is one of the largest manufacturers of IOLs in the world, with a production capacity of over 2.4 million IOLs per annum.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – West Africa

Job description

Your responsibilities will include:

        To achieve the set sales targets for assigned territories / region / brands

        Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales in the assigned territories / region

        Keep the Reporting Manager updated on important issues and development in the market

        Develop business relationships in existing accounts and acquire new business opportunities.

        Regular visits to Doctors, hospitals, distributors as specified by company time to time to achieve defied sales targets

        Use the internal tools and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts

        Responsible for overall Customer Satisfaction

Looking for applications only from candidate having relevant experience of IOL Sales and working with Ophthalmic Surgical companies.
Desired Skills and Experience

        Proven track record of minimum 5 Years’ experience, preferably selling hydrophobic IOLs

        Having hands on experience in Sales activities of ophthalmic surgical in reputed organizations

        Good interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication skills. Customer orientation.
