Key Job Responsibilities
Prepare project control documents (CBS, Cost Control Sheets and Reports, Cash Flow, etc.)
Drawing up of cost forecasts and trend analysis.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science or other relevant discipline
3 years of relevant experience in cost controlling of EPC projects
Requirements
All candidates must be familiar with cost coding structure (WBS and CBS) for cost control purposes, budget control, cost database management, contingency allocation, hourly rates calculation, cash flows, reporting, change orders, cost forecasts and trend analysis.
