We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Sales Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets with sales team
Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
Formulate sales policies and procedures and prepare and monitor budgets while controlling expenses
Maintain inventory control
Conduct market research, competitors and customer analysis
Analyse data to identify sales opportunities
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
Evaluate the performance of sales staff and provide feedback
Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity
Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Business Management, Advertising or Business Studies
Applicants must have 3-5 years’ experience in sales management with proven track record.
Proven experience in customer relationship management and knowledge of market research
