Job Description
An administrative assistant plays a vital role in the smooth-running of any business.
The role requires you to have exceptional written and oral communication skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages and IT, organisational and presentation skills and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
He/She is involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
Requirements
Candidate must be a University graduate.
Youth Corp members will be considered.
Candidate must be able to drive and posses a valid drivers’ license
Key Responsibilities and Objectives
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Perform a variety of internet research functions, review trends and update sales team.
Handle queries and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
