Job Description
The Fidelity Retail Sales Executive (RSE) is a member of the Bank’s specialized sales team dedicated to target and focus on recruiting new opportunities, managing, consolidating and expanding existing relationships.
Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Executive reporting the Branch Leader will be at the delivery end of an intensive sales campaign. All other related responsibilities include:
Canvass new opportunities in the following segments:
Current and domiciliary accounts
Individual accounts recruitment and deposit mobilization.
Canvass and recognize Affinity opportunities and retail businesses.
Identify, canvass and win SME business opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
HND degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 – 3 years
Strong knowledge of target market characteristics.
Understand basic financial and credit information
Strong relationship management skills.
Competitive by nature and willing to travel.
Must show a healthy appetite for working with hard data and the ability to execute without excuses.
Oral and written skills (presentation and report writing).
Good computer skills.
Confidentiality and high ethical standards
Utilization of technology in day to day operations
Smart, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and self-driven marketer.
Ambitious, aptitude to work long hours.
