Job description
Dressmeoutlet.com is currently recruiting super-smart, young leaders to join our company. We are looking for the brightest, most ambitious go-getters and recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s within the past 5 years) to join us in excelling and growing beyond our greatest expectations. We are specifically recruiting for the following positions:
1. Sales Representative(s) – Field & Digital
This is one of our most important front-office positions. You totally must be a people-person, a public-speaker, a friendly-gem. If you are looking for a fun position that would provide you ample opportunities to socialize and network then by all means, apply. Otherwise, this job is not for you. Our sales representatives are ambitious go-getters and unique leaders. Super-confident, energetic, fashionable, neat, sharp, intelligent and daring are some characteristics we would use to describe our sales leaders. Applicants should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree from a notable university.
2. Company Studio Product Photographer
Proficiency in digital photography, studio lighting, Photoshop software and Lightroom software. Must be knowledgeable in graphics and web designing. Expected to be creative and very organized. Must have a yearn for perfection and a drive for excellence. Must be a leader with the capabilities to grow his/her own in-house team. Must be dedicated to the position full-time and long-term.
3. Warehouse Assistant(s) – Interns & NYSC candidates welcome to apply
Will assist with unloading inventory, pricing, studio preparations and all other tasks related to the position.
4. Accountant/ Financial Planner
Will be in charge of monitoring company financials and compiling statements. Job tasks will include forecasting, budgeting, planning and reviewing. Will be expected to attend all weekly management meetings. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s preferred. Must be a member of ICAN or ACCA OR working towards being a member within 3 months of employment.
5. Management Assistant to the CEO (MAC)
The MAC will serve as the CEO’s right-hand eager beaver. MAC must be a people person, skilled in general management, human resources management, entrepreneurship and sales & marketing. MAC must have a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and should preferably have an MBA. It would be advantageous for the MAC to have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, T.V./media and/or Communications. Must be energetic, self-driven, team-obsessed and super-ready to grow as an entrepreneur and leader.
6. Customer Service Representative(s)
This is a back-office position. Preferably for previous or current front-office employees that excel at their jobs. If you are a recent graduate with 1+ years of experience working in a branch or shop (banking or retail), this may be a good position for you. Candidates must be sharp, customer-focused, attentive, detail-oriented and intelligent with excellent speaking and writing skills.
7. Dispatch Driver(s)
Must have a minimum of SSCE certificate to apply. Graduate degrees preferred. Must be polite, likable, energetic, trustworthy, sharp and ambitious.
