The IT Support Specialist will:
- Provide front-line support by troubleshooting and resolving
problems, answering technical questions, coordinating multi-level
support needs and enabling operational continuity - Monitor trouble ticket queues, responding to user requests for
support, documenting solutions and meeting the service level agreement
(SLA) goals of the contract - Monitor program components at remote sites and ensures the completion of automated tasks (such as data backups)
- Work closely with other support teams with the goal of providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Additional duties include participation in customer inventory audits,
completing customer required training and supporting security
procedures, guidelines and responding to security incidents at the
direction of the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
The IT Support Specialist position requires a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a
related field or the equivalent and 0 – 2 years of related experience.
