Responsibilities

• Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee
  requirements; negotiating
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants;
  analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to
  job requirements.
• with movers; arranging temporary housing;
  providing community introductions.
• Managing databases
•  
• Liaising with staff and clients
• Using a variety of software packages
• Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies
  and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;
  emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Manage a diary
• Organize business meetings and appointments
• Taking messages

• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate of any discipline
• Interest in Human Resources
• MUST be currently undergoing National Youth Service preferably fresh (NYSC) intake
