Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Jos, Plateau State

Job Description

• He/she will have the responsibility of marketing the products of the pole factory across the country
• Must be ready to travel at short notice and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a minimum of First Degree or its equivalent
  from a recognized institution with at least 3 years working experience
• Age: He/she must not be more than 40 years of age

Job Title: Strategy/IT Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Development of business infrastructure
• Strategy control and business development
• Marketing Development, customer service and commercial/infrastructure including account receivable, billing and Invoicing.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must have a minimum of First Degree or its equivalent from a
  recognized Institution with at least 5 years experience in vending and
  Electric Metering
• Age: Must not be more than 35 years of age

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Jos, Plateau State

Job Description

• To supervise and manage the operations of the pole factory
• Ensure efficient procurement of materials required for production
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a minimum of First Degree or its equivalent
  from a recognized institution with at least 5 years cognate experience
  in the Industry
• Age: He/she must not be more than 45 years of age

Job Title: Managing Director/CEO

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• To oversee the Union’s companies operating in the power sector
• To design/Implement business policies
• To Liaise with other industry players
• Should be ready to work without supervision
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Board

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must have a Second Degree or Its equivalent from a recognized
  Institution with minimum of 15 years experience in the power sector.
• Must be a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers
• Age: The candidate must not be more than 45 years of age

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Must be ready to work without supervision in designing of
  business plan and strategies for multiple businesses undertaken by the
  Union which includes vending, prepaid metering, pole manufacturing and
  ancillary services.
• Must also draw business plans in the hospitality industry and other assignments as may be directed by the Management.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Must have a Second Degree or its equivalent from a recognized
  institution with minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a reputable
  organization.
• Age: Must not be more than 45 years of age.

Job Title: Organizer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• He/she will be involved in organizing and Unionization of members in the Electricity & Allied Industry.
• Would be involved in negotiation/bargaining for the interest of workers within his/her jurisdiction
• Any other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Minimum of First Degree or its equivalent from a recognized Institution with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
• Age: Candidates must not be more than 40 years of age

Job Title: Zonal Organizing Secretary

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• He/she will be involved in organizing and Unionization of members in the Electricity & Allied Industry
• Would be involved in negotiation/bargaining for the interest of workers within his/her jurisdiction

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the General Secretary
