We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of developing new business relationships and growing existing ones. Effective networking skills and the ability to leverage social media will be of great importance to the role. While, social media will be an important tool above all you will be on the phone and meeting people face to face. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, create opportunities and drive deals. Once you have an assignment, you are responsible for outlining the search strategy, managing the research consultants and coordinating the recruitment process. You will interview and assess the final candidates and present the shortlist to your client.
