Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 to 10 years of solid sales / account management in selling software / applications preferably to Financial Services Industry
- Strong Relationship Management skills
- Must be able to manage and develop accounts by identifying new opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication
Main day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaing and growing major accounts by establishing good relationship and ensuring highest level of customer service
- Should be conducting regular customer meetings to manage indicators like FSD, WCS, ongoing projects and roll outs
- Must be able to pipeline the future opportunities
- Must be able to work within a team including post-sale delivery
professional, pre-sale technical professionals and management to achieve
business - Managing customer relationships effectively and identifying new opportunities to develop the accounts
- Advising customer on consultative selling techniques
- Key interface or liaison between the customer, sales support, product management and other internal resources
