Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description
- You will manage our business development team across Lagos and Abuja, linking back to the head office in London.
- Successful candidates will possess strong business and marketing experience, combined with good analytical skills.
- The post is primarily based in Abuja, but require frequent travels to Lagos and occasional travel to Ghana India and UK.
- You will design and implement strong methodology and processes to
drive the implementation of our Transformation and Leadership
programmes. - Your work will also include providing strategy and technical support to the Group Managing Director and our Consultants.

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Description
- You will support our GMD with the expansion of the company across Nigeria, Ghana, India, UK and the USA.
- You must have strong intellectual and business acumen, outstanding
organisational skills, and strong experience in professional research
and business development. - You must be highly corporate, proactive, and tenacious.
- The post is primarily based in Abuja, but require frequent travels to Lagos and occasional travel to Ghana India and UK.

Job Title: Research Analyst / Business Editor
Job Description
- As a strong analyst, economist and business editor, you will take
charge of the technical arm of our branding and communications
programme, while acting as the editor of our magazine. - You will be highly numerate, able to analyze large amounts of
business data, and produce robust business intelligence for Executives. - You will also undertake substantial political, economic, and
corporate transformation analysis and contribute to the Group Managing
Director’s columns in newspapers and journals. - You must have a strong flair for awareness driven business development.
