ETX-NG (Electronic Transcripts and Documents Exchange in Nigeria) is the
name given to the
Electronic Academic Document Exchange and
Certificate Verification System for Nigeria owned by Electronic
Document Exchange Limited.
It is a technology platform, acting as a
electronic and transcript clearing house, exchange and a certificate
verification system that will allow schools of education, polytechnics,
colleges, and universities in Nigeria and abroad to send and receive
transcripts between each other as well as provide certificate
verification data to corporate organisations in a secure, trusted
environment.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Verification Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Status: Job can done full-time or part-time
Slots: Twelve (12)

Job Description
We have been assigned by one of the leading banks to conduct a KYC
(know your customer) verification exercise, which is currently ongoing.
If you have good territorial knowledge or reside close to any of these
locations, meet up a 12-hour criteria, and is interested or know
someone who might be interested

We require the services of physically active personnel for the role of
field Verification Officers to assist in carrying out this exercise at
the following Target areas:

• Zone 1- Apapa,
• Zone 2 – Tincan Island,
• Zone 3 – Ajegunle,
• Zone 4 – Alaba
• Zone 5 – Balogun Business Association
• Zone 6 – Igando
• Zone 7 – Port Area
• Zone 8 – Festac
• Zone 9 – Trade fare
• Zone 10 – Surulere
• Zone 11 – Gbagada
• Zone 12 – Mushin.

Key Responsibilities

• To conduct physical visit to customer’s business and/or residential addresses for verification of their credentials.
• Preparation of verification feedback report upon concluding verification. This must be completed within a 12-hour period.
• Filing and sorting of forms in the respective files along with snapshots, where applicable.
• Coordination with Administrative Staff to facilitate decision making.
• Scrutiny and verification of information regarding customers as narrated in their visitation form.

Education

• SSCE and OND preferred

Remuneration
Officers can be paid per address verification done or a monthly fixed
salary amount. Transportation subsidy is provided to cover the assigned
addresses to the Officer.
