Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering
  • At least 3 year experience in the field
  • Good understanding of Incident Management

 
Job description
  • Manage the communication bridge during service impacting Incidents and Business Critical events (Major Incidents) as required
  • Maintain open communication and good working relationships with
    departments that participate in Incident Management and help define ways
    to increase internal and external client satisfaction
  • Coordinate and publish communication during incidents as required
  • Review, improve, develop and implement policies and procedures supporting the Incident Management process
  • Attend major reviews (debriefs) and review resolutions
  • Ensure root cause analysis documents are complete, accurate and associated to the problem
  • Monitor the technical bridge as needed and relay information to the communication bridge as required
