Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Lagos


Required Skills and Qualification

  1. Graduate with Bachelor degree in any related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Area Sales Management.
  3. A valid driving licence
  4. Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skill, and developing customer
  5. Good business sense
  6. Initiative and enthusiasm
  7. Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
  8. Good planning and organisational skills
  9. The ability to work calmly under pressure
  10. Good IT, budget and report writing skills


Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining and increasing company’s sales.
  2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding companies customer base
  4. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  6. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  7. Allocating areas to sales representatives
  8. Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  9. Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  10. Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  11. Compiling and analysing sales figures
  12. Collecting customer feedback and market research
  13. Reporting to senior managers
