Combine your management skills with your knowledge of repairing and maintaining down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment in this supervisory position at Halliburton. As the Down-Hole Tool Shop Supervisor, you will organize and coordinate activities surrounding the repair and maintenance of down-hole, electronic and surface equipment for our Sperry Drilling Services division. You will instruct employees on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, train new technicians, and develop skills of current workers. Other responsibilities include, monitoring down-hole equipment operations, ensuring that maintenance and safety procedures are followed, maintaining inventory, and promoting safety, quality improvement process awareness, and teamwork.
An Associates degree or similar education is required, along with 5 to 7 years of work experience in Tool Operations, SAP software experience, and specialized training in equipment maintenance.
