Job Title: Front Desk/ Customer Liaison Officer
Locations: Abuja/Lagos/Makurdi/Osogbo
Duties/Responsibilities
- Welcoming and attending to clients requests for laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
- Attend to inquiries and provide information on services to visiting clients.
- Verifying Hospital and HMO data and working with electronic health records
- Collecting payments and organizing/scanning paperwork
- Good knowledge of diagnostic tests and equipment.
- Perform tasks and assigned duties related to laboratory services.
- Answering multiple phone lines. Excellent IT skills and accuracy, with good attention to detail
Qualification/Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a relevant position
- This is a very fast paced, detail oriented position. Must be able to work long hours
- Excellent IT skills, Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with good attention to detail
- Knowledge of various medical diagnostic investigations is an added advantage
- High level of integrity/good customer service skills with a desire to contribute to client care
