Company of various Skin Care/Beauty Products situated at Lekki requires
the services of a competent and passionate Female
who has marketing
experience in Skin Care/ Beauty Products and can work effectively in
developing
marketing strategies and increase sales for the company’s
products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Qualification

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• Experience: 3 years and above Business Development/ Marketing experience in beauty/cosmetic products.
• Gender: Female.

Job Description
Shall be responsible for planning and executing business strategies to
generate new prospects and improve client retention. Others are listed
below:

1. Establishing new relationships and also fostering existing relationships
2. Track market and company sales performance.
3. Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
4. Generate leads and drive sales.
5. Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
6. Develop marketing plans.
7. Sourcing new transactions
8. Communicating with contacts on a regular basis regarding deal status
9. Maintains and continually develops networking referral sources
10. Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share
    best practices and serve as advocate and information source for
    company.
11. Manage marketing budgets.
12. Attend trade shows and events to market product.
13. Improve forecast performance of business through thorough understanding of underlying demand assumptions.
14. Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
15. Develop understanding of product line and value chain.
16. Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs.
17. Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams.
18. Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits
19. Manage vendor contracts.

Remuneration
Salary: N80,000 – N100,000 (Eighty Thousand Naira – One Hundred Thousand Naira).
