A new Microfinance Bank, located in Ibadan, Oyo State, requires the
service of highly qualified candidates to fill the position below in the
management team of the bank:

Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Ibadan
Job Description

• Oversees the operations and general management of the bank’s
  operations, monitors businesses to ensure that they efficiently and
  effectively provide needed services white staying within budgetary
  limits.
• Responsible for timely delivery of all statutory reports to CBN,
  NDIC & others. Oversees core banking operations entailing funds
  clearance and transfer, cash management
• Custodian of the banks General ledger, collation of data &
  financial information Treasury Management, Monthly account preparation,
  Assets & Liability Management, Periodic budgets, Develop and sustain
  systems & procedures for maintaining proper financial records.

Qualifications

• A good university degree with not less than (8) years working
  experience in a microfinance bank Additional qualification and
  experience is an added advantage.

Job Title: Head of Internal Audit
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences
• Experience: Minimum of 5years cognate experience in banking preferably in community/microfinance.

Job Title: Head of Administration and Accounts
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in banking preferably in community/microfinance.

 Job Title: Head of Risk Management
Location: Ibadan
Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have been a qualified Accountant with
  minimum of 5 years experience in all arms of risk management preferably
  in community/microfinance,
• Appropriate certification will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Managing Director
Location: Ibadan
Job Description

• The incumbent shall be a person of considerable experience in
  microfinance banking (minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience
  is required) with special ability to lead and motivate the staff towards
  the successful attainment of the bank’s objectives and goals.
• He shall be the chief administrator and marketing officer of the
  Bank. Maturity and ability to relate with the Board of Directors and
  major stake holders is compulsory

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of banking activities and regulatory requirements in the microfinance banking sector.
• B.Sc/HND in Banking, Accounting, Business Administration and Economics etc.
• Possession of professional qualification as a Certified
  Microfinance Banker as well as membership of any other professional
  bodies such as ACIB, ACCA, ACA CPA, Master Degree or would be an added
  advantage.
