Job Requirements
- The basic requirement for this position is MIG Welding
Certification preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience is required
with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Must be able to lay-out, work, fit, and weld fabricated, cast
and forge components to assemble structural forms such as fence and iron
works required by methods - Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding.
- Setting up equipment and welds parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc welding equipment.
- Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.
- Select equipment and plan layout, assembly, and welding.
- Reading and interpreting Blue prints to Lays out, position, align, and fit components together
- Making adjustments to produce quality products to specific dimensions.
Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos
Roles and Responsibilities
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Analyse the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues
and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for
business growth and problem resolution. - Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Providing management with feedback.
- Defining and implementing commercial strategy
- Identifying and targeting revenue potential by focusing on securing sustainable repeat business
- Negotiating best conditions with partners while still building long lasting relationship
- Creating trust with all partners
- Monitoring and analysing sales and external market trends

Requirements

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Duration of Contract: 6 months
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project management of multiple contract
- Conduct risk assessment for site work and prepare method statement
- Carry out site visits, surveys and inspections, prepare and write reports as required
- Liaise with customers, consultants, design engineer and suppliers at all stage throughout the contract
- Evaluating supplier quotations, negotiating terms and placing order for brought-out items and equipment
- Prepare programme of works and schedules to ensure contract completion dates are achieved on time and within budget
- Arranging direct and sub-contract labour for site installation work
- Support customers warranty and post installation issues
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager, with 5 years experience
of contract/project management of installed plant or services with
suitable experience gained in:
- Dust and fume extraction
- HVAC
- Water cooling
- Mechanical & Electrical (Building Services)
- Manufacturing
Skills
It is essential that a candidate:
- Can display Project Management experience from a similar role
- Has the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Ability to liaise with effectively with all third parties
