the position of:
Job Title: Front Desk/Admin Assistant
Location: Abuja
Job Descriptions
- Carry out general Administrative duties
- Assist the head of Operations in ensuring a smooth running of all duties
- Greet visitors to various offices
- Handle general and specific inquiries from visitors and personnel
- Receive, date stamp, separate and distribute incoming mail or other materials to personnel in the office
- Open, review, restrictively endorse, sort and tally all incoming cheques
- Handle the first phase of cash/donations’ pledge cards and accompanying document process
- Handle/direct telephone calls. A high degree of sensitivity and
confidentiality must be exercised in performing this public relations
task, since calls are often received from corporate executive officers,
alumni in senior positions, etc. - Reconcile the monthly telephone bill for the office
- Record/maintain statistics for Administrative Receptionist duties, Annual Fund Call Center data, and specific mailings
