Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Reconcile the accounts receivable
- Issue receipts.
- Reconcile weekly deposits
- Monitor cash reserves and investments
- Processes Ensure data.
- Maintain the purchase order system.
- Supplier invoices is entered into the system Ensure transactions are properly recorded and Prepare income.
- Entered into the computerized accounting system statements
- Prepare balance sheets
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Assist with preparation of the budget
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Establish and maintain cash controls
- Establish and maintain supplier accounts
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Compile source documents.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance
- 2-3years relevant experience
- Not more than 28 years old by December 2015
