We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• To ensure that staff under him or her are carried along with activities in the unit/department.
• To approve proposals and requests from various units.
• To develop guidelines on how to execute projects and proposals.
• To provide a friendly and enthusiastic work environment.
• To work to meet targets in their departments.
• To set goals and work toward achieving them with minimal supervision.
• To make customers focused decisions, etc.
• To communicate effectively within his/her unit and out to top management for evaluation.
• To contribute positively to keep alive visions and missions of the organization.
• To manage store’s inventory with the company’s established policies.
• To receive, check and place all orders on the various partner platforms.
• To ensure that store’s account books are kept up to date.
• To ensure that work plans within established budgets with purpose to attain optimal store capacity.
• To researching and reporting on external opportunities.
• To understanding current and potential customers.
• To manage agencies and partners within our organization.
• To measure successes of different departments and units of the organization.
• To be a change agent in his/her unit or department.
• To ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.

Qualifications / Requirements

• At least, NYSC experience is needed, working experience of between 1 year and above in any company may just be an advantage.
• Candidates should NOT be above 35 years of age as at the date of application.
• Interested applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance, Accounting, Sociology and any related course.
• Candidates should have a knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Should be ready to undergo special training in different areas of our organization – Customers Relation, sales, counselling, funds management, service delivery, etc.
• No specific certification required, but any professional certification could be an added advantage.
• Candidates should be ready to spend at least a week outside Lagos where the training may take place (under the care and cost of the organization).
