Job Description
The Program Director (PD) owns and drives customer success and satisfaction for the Aurea program being delivered to the customer along with the P&L responsibilities for the account(s). To deliver the program successfully, the PD must effectively interact with the different groups within Aurea i.e., Product, Engineering and Support along with managing the Professional Services resources on the account. The PD is responsible for executing on growth strategies for existing client business, and is responsible for retention and growth on each assigned account. Growth opportunities include market expansions, new solution selling, and organic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Influence
Responsible for managing at least 3-4 major accounts for a total book of business on or around $7-15M+ annually.
