in Nigeria:

Job Description

  • As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for
    generating qualified leads, identify profitable new opportunities with
    both new and existing customers through effective telemarketing and
    outbound call activities.
  • You will be provided with a number of analytical tools to help you fulfil this role effectively
  • This is the ideal role for an ambitious lead generation or
    telemarketing professional with experience in a similar role looking to
    take their next step with a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

The role includes:

  • Identify opportunities, qualify prospects and establish decision maker
  • Book appointments for the company in line with Business Strategy
  • Present telemarketing and lead generation performance data for weekly & monthly review.
  • All data relating to Telemarketing/Marketing is up to date and records are amended as required
  • Conduct outbound Telemarketing activity with a target of 80 calls per day
  • Generate a minimum of 20 qualified leads daily

Qualification/Skills

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Functional use of MS Office, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn and utilize sales tools specific to the company
  • Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Salesforce is desirable
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work independently from home, with or without supervision.
  • Have access to a personal computer/Internet connection
  • Minimum BSc in any business related field
  • Sales or Customer Service background.
  • Experience in engaging with prospects and holding good business conversations.
  • Experience in Call center will be an added advantage

Salary Expectation
NGN 40,000
