Job Title: Bancassurance Associate
Location: Rivers
Group: Retail Sales
Reporting to: District Manager
Unit: Bancassurance
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure receipt and conversion of referrals to sales
- Seek out new prospects and develop clientele base via networking
- Develop sales through effective identification and analysis of the financial/insurance needs of prospective Clients
- Prospect for new clients through lead generation, referrals and relationship with bank staff
- Effectively manage relationship with both new and existing bank customers
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of policies to promote sales of insurance plans
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain weekly, monthly and all required sales reports
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by the DM and Head, Bancassurance
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Good leadership skills.
- Good Communication Skills (written and oral) with strong business and customer focus
- Excellent presentation and facilitations skills
- Good knowledge of the insurance industry

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum HND/ Bachelor’s Degree
