The Legal Officer will provide a wide range of contract drafting; legal advice and related support. Other duties shall include but not be limited to:
Advise on RFPs, component purchase, hardware manufacture, logistics, repair and product safety, as well as software licensing and development, related professional services and support arrangements
Supporting and advising the Product Design and Development team on the development (in-house and external) by reviewing licensing and support arrangements
Reviewing new hire contractual agreements
Supporting and advising the business on all customer product related obligations.
Job Title: Technical Operations Manager
Job Descriptions
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of technical briefs and providing direct technical project management.
Other duties shall include but not be limited to:
In cooperation with local operations staff and key users, provides strategic, budgeting and disaster recovery/business continuity planning to offices and staff in multiple operating, business and functional units.
Act as the technical liaison officer for the company

Job Description

Implementation of sales campaigns to rapidly grow Indirect Sales revenue.
Development of communications plans

Job Description
The Brand and Marketing Manager who will lead the portfolio marketing and communication strategy by delivering comprehensive consumer and B2B (for Distribution) marketing and brand plans with a strong competitive perspective and audience understanding in order to secure ratings increase, maintain high levels of brand awareness and affinity and help Ad Sales drive growth.
Duties of the brand and marketing manager shall include but not be limited to:
Devising and developing the portfolio, marketing strategy and budget (and its quarterly updates/reviews) in accordance to corporate requirements
Designing the Positioning and Communications strategy for each individual channel and for the whole portfolio in partnership with Branding Director;

Job Description
The Distribution Auditor who will be responsible for robust auditing of the company’s distributors and distribution channels.
Other duties shall include but not be limited to:
Leading investigative forensic and routine audits of distributors
Overall examination and evaluation of the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s distribution control systems and procedures and recommend corrective actions.
Responsible for ensuring distributors comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
Drafting and executing the annual distribution audit plans for the company.
Identifying areas of potential risk and areas in order to improve distribution channel operational efficiency.
Ensure continuous statutory & financial audit to put check at all distribution channels.
Provision of regular audit reports
