Job Description
Minimum 8 years Experience in Human Resource Operations, preferably in
the FMCG industry or in Outsourcing/Contingent Staff Management
At least five years in a management role, with responsibility for managing P&L
A background in HR Consulting is also an advantage
First Degree any discipline
MBA or a Masters in H.R. or Industrial Psychology preferred
Professional membership of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM required
Demonstrated experience working in a complex or pioneering environment and in facilitating change management
