Purpose of Job Role

Responsible for the operational and delivery performance of the IP / MPLS network within a Managed Services Deal. Responsible to manage the applicable IP / MPLS network design, WLAs / OLAs with delivery organizations, manage the delivery of operations, ensuring that operations delivery is fulfilling the contracted Service Level Agreement (SLA) and to serve as the primary escalation point for critical incident, Broadcast Delivery Operations escalations, and performance reporting towards the customer.

Technical competence

Experience in network planning, design (HLD & LLD) and implementation
In-depth knowledge in Routing & Switching, Security & Service Provider Solutions
IP Network support to Telco Applications – VAS, Intelligent Network, Billing, DRMS
Operations and maintenance support for packet core and MPBN infrastructure
Hands-on experience with IP networks
Interfacing with customer on design and integration issues

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

At least 10 years of relevant Experience in Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, Ericsson Smart Edge and IP/MPLS competence.
A first Academic Degree or equivalent qualification
