Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
- Office equipment maintenance, updating records and filing.
- Balancing office budgets
- Manage relationships with clients and service providers including price negotiations and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
Basic Skills:
- Presentation skills
- Oral and written communication skill
- Good interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Relevant first degree
- 2-3 years relevant experience
Remuneration
N100,000-120,000 annually
