Job Purpose:
Our client is in need of an automotive manager to plan inventories, sales and reports to help meet sales goals.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive service management or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Successful sales background.
- Ability to make swift decisions.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan inventories, sales and reports to help meet sales goals.
- Provide operational leadership over business development, customer management, recruiting, quality management and compliance to standards.
- Handle financial oversight and accountability over business agreements and Federal/State wage and benefit requirements.
- Hire, train and educate staff on company policies, procedures, sales techniques and customer service.
