Job Title: Technical Support Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose: Resolve basic common user problems in real time, including software functionality problems and questions
Education/Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
0 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Proficient with computers, navigating in a windows based environment; Microsoft office
Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance by troubleshooting customer calls and accurately documenting calls
Resolve basic common user problems in real time, including software functionality problems and questions
Escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical staff
Streamline and improve current procedures and assisting in documentation and training
Perform incident routing; including validation, processing, triage, routing decision points and assignment
