Job Title: General Manager – Secured Mobility and Emergency Response

Role Objective
- Own, develop and direct the company’s Secured Mobility and Emergency business suite and ensure quality services while guaranteeing clients’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the company’s Emergency Response business suite and the clear strategy for encroaching and gaining better share of Journey Management’s market.
- Deliver for the company, agreed globally aligned operating and commercial partnerships that assure the company’s evolution as a globally recognized mobility security company
- Provide industry trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth, not limited to local opportunities but with strong awareness of Global perspectives
- Take charge of the delivery of the entire mobility security businesses and the matching service delivery with effective and efficient processes that include; designing, planning, execution, monitoring and tracking
- Drive the development of solution – level segmentation of our business structure, evaluating organizational capabilities and develop new capabilities while expanding on existing ones
- Plan, execute, close up and exceed the satisfaction of customers delivering all projects with constant improvement of quality, reliability, profitability and reputation of the company.
- Develop capable managers and team leads in each project team and expertise circle, with the requirement to invest average of 4hrs/week to coach staff
- Ensure proper establishment, documentation, implementation, control and maintenance of Quality, Cost, Labor and Time Management Systems
- Look at competition, analyzing key offerings and drawing action plan
- Make quality the mainstay of all process and activities and agree to be measured by the assurance of quality in offering to clients
- Ensure subordinates understand the company objectives and goals an ensure a fair performance management and reward system measures up for your people’s expectations
- Develop and Review Projects reports and present to Exco, and/or when requested by the Board the Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually and Annually Reports.
Job Title: General Manager – Guarding Security
Location: Lagos
Role Objective
- Develop and Direct the Manned Guarding business, achieving growth and stability while ensuring effective deployment of resources to achieve quality services to clients’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversees All Manned Guarding operational and functional solutions offering services to clients (externally and internally) towards revenue generation
- Ownership of the operational strategy of the guarding business and leading the execution of agreed strategy for platforms, partnerships and external relationships
- Provide industry trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth, not limited to local opportunities but with strong awareness of Global perspectives.
- Develop with efficiency and awareness, policies and standards that are aimed at ensuring optimal utilization of the company/departmental resources for the overall achievement of the company’s set objectives; long-term and periodic
- Put in place systems and structures to continuously improve operations, reduce turnaround time, streamline work processes and ensure compliance with clients’ requirements.
- Plan, budget, coordinate, execute, monitor and likewise close up of all contracts exceeding the satisfaction of customers and contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy
- Develop and Review Projects reports and present to Exco, and/or when requested by the Board the following reports by Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually and Annually
- Review and monitor business operating reports, ensuring effectiveness as to analyze
- Annual Revenue growth rate and Customer Improvement Potential
Job Title: Executive Director – Business Development and Technologies
Location: Lagos
Job Objective
- Coordinating an integrated commercial success of strategic business units with an aggressive Marketing plan and deep commercial strategy that ensures increased profitability, improved brand image and effective consumer satisfaction for a sustainable growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of Business Development initiatives and achievement of set Revenue targets of the company
- Ownership of the customers/clients’ interface with the company’s services making sure that SBU functions of the organization assigned are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives
- With the CEO, representing the company before Financial, Government and Technical Regulatory Forces, defending company’s objectives and decisions.
- Provide industry trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth, not limited to local opportunities but with strong awareness of Global perspectives.
- Supervise the Marketing, tendering, contract, advertising and PR activities of the company.
- Provide leads in generating revenue for the company through business development routes
- Provide and develop all Commercial proposals for prospecting projects
- Develop, Review and Archive all Business Partnership and Operating Contracts
- Lead team to search for opportunities for the company, to operate, perform projects and generate revenue.
- Implement smart pricing strategy for all types of company services and projects for profitable operations of the company.
- Plan and implement an effective project acquisition strategy covering sales, customers’ development and their retention.
- Participate in Techno-commercial discussions with Clients/Customers to ensure mutually agreed project terms and performance objectives expanding existing businesses and enter new markets guaranteeing company’s targets and objectives.
- Develop and Review commercial reports and present to the Management Team and Managing Director.
- Review and monitor business operating reports, ensuring effectiveness as to its analysis.
