and Delta States including Bonny Island.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Descriptions

  • The Project Manager shall be responsible for the planning,
    management, co-ordination, evaluation and financial control of an EPC
    project.
  • Shall be responsible for preparation of monthly project report
    for Company management consideration and coordinate all Head office
    activities necessary for the effective and prompt project execution.
  • The candidate must be professional and able to provide leadership required to attain project goals.

Qualification and Personal Attributes

  • The ideal candidate must be a COREN certified Engineer with more
    than 20 years experience in Oil and Gas Construction and 10 years hands
    on commercial construction/project management experience
  • Must be a certified Project Management Professional and a great team player
  • Must be able to lead a team and must have proven tract record of completing quality large projects on time, within budget.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawing with relevant contract documents,
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, clients etc
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills including communication skills
  • Must be ready to work long hours and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

Major Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a
    project. This will include estimating, scheduling, progress measurement,
    progress billing, design review and coordination, cost studies, safety,
    and proposal preparation.
  • He shall work with client early in process in order to
    facilitate the Engineering process with the design team and ensure all
    necessary drawings are approved for construction.
  • Coordinate Engineering, International procurement and construction services
  • Conduct weekly and monthly progress meeting including invoice and cost forecasts
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communication project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Plan and schedule projects timelines, milestones using appropriate tools
  • Track project milestones, deliverables and develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations etc
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members, stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Research and develop relationships with new vendors
  • Maintain vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billing, arid vendor relations.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
  • Conduct project post Morten and create a recommendations report
    in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end by
    defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
    goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, Liaise
    with project stakeholders on an ongoing and consistent basis.

Job Title: Marine Base Superintendent

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
The Marine Base Superintendent shall be responsible for planning,
directing, coordinating all marine base activities and marine
transportation operation.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage marine base operation with expertise
  • Ensure compliance to safety measures
  • Plan, coordinate safe and economic execution of moving vessels, positioning, mooring
  • Propose measures to enhance performance of existing services
  • Recommend operational procedures, actions to achieve best results Inspect, audit marine services to ensure technical conformity
  • Liaise with local authorities and other relevant agencies in respect of transport services
  • Ensure the correct material management procedure and operation
    instruction for material handling are applied, exercising the necessary
    supervision
  • Manage and lead a multi-cultural team, contractor staff to deliver optimum level of service
  • To work close with security personnel to ensure maximum security of the facility
  • To build up effective logistic function accordance to company operation requirement

Qualification and Personal Attributes

  • Must possess a minimum qualification of B.Eng or HND from and
    accredited institution in any Engineering field with not less than 10
    years post NYSC practical experience in marine activities
  • Registration with recognized engineering professional bodies and international certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical and good at solving problems.
  • Have solid manual dexterity, have good hand-eye coordination and be physically fit.
  • Shall be directed, organized, and able to train new technicians.
  • Must have written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be an active contributor with
other engineering disciplines in the field specific to electrical work
scope of the project

Major Responsibilities

  • Supervision of field construction activities according to the specified design drawings, in line with standard design practices.
  • Plan wiring and installation of equipment such as motors, generators, switches, circuit breakers, fuse boxes etc.
  • Supervise electrical works carried out with the competence to provide training
  • Perform installation and troubleshooting of electrical
    installations. (Interprets specifications, blueprints, job orders to
    workers and assign duties
  • Estimates, request and inspect electrical materials
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, installation of equipment at the
    field locations in a safe manner in line with relevant maintenance
    procedures
  • Train, coach and mentor electrical personnel under his leadership
  • Analyze data and generate situation report for electrical activities on site

Qualification and Personal Attributes

  • Must be in possession of a minimum B.Eng or HND from an
    accredited institution in Electrical Engineering with not less than 5
    years post NYSC practical experience in Oil and Gas Construction
  • A post graduate would be an added advantage
  • Registration with COREN, NSE or other recognized engineering professional bodies will be an added advantage
  • Must be ready to work for long hours and under pressure to meet deadlines
